Don't worry about it Dan, I'm sure you have seen loads of tight ar$sed landlords before. They only complain went things go completely wrong and it costs them LOTS more money.
They don't understand that any money spent on their property comes off their tax bill at the end of the year and they keep the property in good condition and the tenant happy..

I just feel sorry for the tenants.
