Why Bosnia? I believe that Budapest as well as Poland (Krakow, Warsaw) are the places to go for quality dentistry that's properly regulated and a lot cheaper than UK.

Four years ago, we went on a lads hol to Buda. and one of our party wanted to check out 2 or 3 dentists whilst there for major work, inc. some implants I think. We went with him to one of them, which is the one he chose ( he went back on another trip on his own for the treatment) because it had a well equipped and staffed clinic, inc. labs in a nice suburb of Buda. The clinic is well established with English speaking staff and set up to deal with foreigners. Their website has prices.
