Some time ago somebody made a post about being able to make a pir stay on and breezer replied

"to humour you.
switch it off then on within 10 seconds
since most will see this as an "overide command" to come on and stay on till further notice
its easier than using 3 core and earth with the 3rd core going directly to the lamp connection via a switch and a live from same supply"
My question is - Does this have to be done at a time when the pir would normally be in a state of being capable of being activated, or can it be done any time of the day.
