Increase drying time for self levelling compound

Hi. I need to level a 24m2 room, but it's only me doing it. I have bought Mapei 3240, and I see that it says the open time is 20 mins. I assume this is time I have to work with it before it starts to set?

Is there any way to lengthen this time to allow me to mix further batches? I dont need it to dry quickly.

I'm going to line up three batches in an orchestrated operation, but still want to ensure I dont get caught out.

You won’t have a problem. Mix one , spread it, mix next , spread it , so on. use a spike roller on the screed as you do it.
