Increase flow through long leg recirc system

Hey guys, i have a large commercial recirculatin system supplying several outlets, there is a recirc pump on the return. The hot water takes ages to come through off the recirc as the legs off it are so long. Would fitting another pump on the outlet of the boiler or leg help?

The only way to cure this properly is to re-pipe the system so that the legs to the outlets are shorter
