Increase internal floor height

I am looking to increase my internal floor height by approx 25mm. Due to this I have a window and door that’ll need replacing.

How will I get a lip on the inside to the new 25mm height?

Is the door easy by making it a normal threshold rather then current low threshold?

What about the window?
