Indesit WD12 Loud noise from drum

Notice it particularly during spin - no noise otherwise. Sort of a rumbling banging noise - grinding perhaps. Stabiliser weight is fitted tight and machine moving a bit but not shaking about like crazy.

I'm guessing bearings?
Any way to know for sure?
Machine about 7 yrs old. Dryer element has also packed up.
Worth getting repaired or just replacing?

Probably ready for the scrapyard if the bearings & dryer element have quit. A decent washer & separate tumbledryer (or even a clothes line) beats a washer dryer every time.
