I live in south wales UK in a Victorian terrace house, My indoor HumiDity is around 65% and outdoor HumiDity is around 80% how do i lower indoor HumiDity? will plastering the walls in lime plaster help?

to be honest I'm surprised so wet outside, but it does vary more. Your indoor humidity is fine in that case.
