Inhibitor + random question

Is there such thing as too much inhibitor? I've no idea if my house has enough in the system, so thought I'd buy some and poor into the header tank in the loft.

2nd query.

If i set my home temp to 18 it gets lively and warm. I work in IT and our server room is set to 18 on the air con and it's freezing. Surely 18 is 18 :0

in theory yes you could over inhibit a system but you would need a helluva lot so dont worry yours will be fine, normal temp for a room is 22 C but whatever you feel comfortable with is the correct setting for you
