Hi.
My corigated asbestos garage roof was leaking between the panels.
I was recommended acrypol.
As I cannot get to the roof from the outside, I painted the garage roof leaks from the inside.
All the leaks are sealed, but it`s presented me with another problem.

Everywhere I have painted the acrypol, is now dripping (I`m guessing condensation)?
The areas not painted are wet, but not dripping.

I`ve solved one problem, and created another.
Can anyone help?

It`s a standalone concrete garage and floor, if that helps?

It`s a row of garages (Mine`s in the middle).
The corigated roofing sits on the supporting walls. I assumed that would be enough ventilation?

The corrugations run front to back (or in line with the roof pitch)? Are there air gaps between the sheets and the top of the walls?

Needs to be painted from above. On outside not inside
