i wish to do a straight swap of 1 stuart turner shower pump for another. is it as simple as isolating water and electric, disconnecting the old water connections + electric, then installing the new pump in reverse.??

are the connections from the water supply (hot + cold) to the pump just push fits, or do they require some comprehensive plumbing experience?

is there anything else to be aware of eg when removing the old one, would i expect a load of water to dribble out everywhere?

No.

The valves probably won't entirely hold up.

would i expect a load of water to dribble out everywhere?
Yes - have a couple of big thick towels to hand.
