Hi,
I'm doing research for a loft conversion.
I'm still at the stage of getting quotes and clarifying the specification.
One of the issues I've come across is the use of spotlights in a cold-roof. We would like spotlights as they help maximise head room but the roof will likely be a cold-roof which to comply with regs will need a vapour barrier, insulation and a 50mm air space for ventilation.
How do people install spotlights with this kind of roof construction without getting issues with condensation?
Many thanks
