Installing UFH connexions?

Have some underfloor heating to install-one end is black with an earth screen and the other end is blue with an earth screen-I take it I connect live to the black and neutral to the blue and earth it at both ends?

I cannot believe that it does not give you connection instructions

nope just tells you how to test it for resistance using the earth screen as a return! doesn't even tell you how the thermocouple should be connected

So, what is the measured resistance between the black and blue, the black and earth, and the blue and earth?

Surely the black and blue are simply opposite ends of the element, and which way round they're connected doesnt actually matter?
