Insulating ceiling with recessed lighting

What's the best insulation to use in a ceiling if using 240v low wattage recessed lights? There will be board (mdf) fitted to the joists above the light (ie loft floor)

any, provided you use the correct hoods on the d.l's.

100mm fibreglass quilt is the norm.
