Hello guys,

I'm building a single story extention with a pitched roof, do I put cavity wall insulation (Kingspan) up to the eves or inclusive of the eves to meet regs, as the loft insulation will be at eve height.

Hope that makes sense :)

James

Right, I'll have another go :)

I'm buiding a 1st floor extension with a lean to roof. Part fill king span insulation in the cavity. I'm now up to the ceiling height with brick and block all the way round.

As the loft insulation will be be at the ceiling height, does the cavity fill need to go up to the tiles within the half gables or stop at the ceiling height?

Thanks

James
