Hi all
Just wanted to gather opinion on insulating under a second floor of a terraced house.

The house is old and we are doing it up, there will be exposed floorboards in a bathroom and two bedrooms (carpeted) - as this is the second floor (above lies the roof which will be insulated) is it worth doing, I can see the benifits on the ground floor. Looking to save costs as it all adds up!

Thanks in advance

See no point in this unless you specifically want the rooms to be heated to different temperatures and therefore don't want extraneous heat rising from below.

You might want to insulate for noise reasons though.
