I've got a small cupboard between two room being seperated by a single skin of PB! My intention is to put a second skin inside the cupboard and use insulation to dampen the sound between the two rooms.
I need to batten and board but wondered what distance to use and what insulation would be best? Is it the sheets of insulation or rolls?
As there are pipes in the cupboard I'll need to leave about a 4" one side and 2" on the back and other side.
What's the general idea for this?
