I might be going slightly mad (in fact, there is a distinct possibility), but I can't work out the difference between:

ILBHC 007

&

ILBHC 067

Can anyone help this feeble mind please?

Different part numbers, Check Code, EAN Barcode and instructions. Otherwise seem the same.

Not a feeble mind after all.

067 is an updated 007, with side conduit entry facility.

Other fittings in the range have a choice too.

I am told that when they sell current stocks of the non-side conduit entry models, they will only offer the newer models with the option of side conduit entry.
