I am looking to fit LED lights upstairs in my house (ceilings are currently just plasterboarded and awaiting plaster and lighting. I also need to insulate the loft

1:) which integrated LEDs are best? I require fire rated and dimmable lighting?

2:) where the downlights pop through in the loft I plan to leave no insulation around them. I have 120mm celotex insulation board everywhere else, then a 20mm ventilation gap between the loft boards and insulation board with ventilation also at the roof eaves.

What do electricians usually do regard to insulation around LED downlights and wgich LEDs are best?
