Intercom buzzer working but not ringing

Hi Guys,

My intercom system is working fine however the ringing buzzer that sounds when someone is at the door is broken. Instead of the usual high pitched ring I get a very quiet popping noise. I have to be standing right next to the intercom phone to hear this. I can still let people in fine once they text me to let me know that they have buzzed. Im assuming it would have something to do with the wire responsible for sound becoming loose but I have made sure all wires are connected appropriately.

No " call wire " on that system it's 2 wire bus system. Check call volume jumper for bad connection or receiver switch at the top of the pcb as its a tone generated ring ( via handset speaker)
