Intercom System

Hi - we have a very old intercom handset in our flat, and are looking to replace it, but I can't seem to find a conclusive answer as to what might work. There is no video involved, just the buzz, chat and unlock.

I have attached a picture of the internal workings. If anyone has any advice I'd much appreciate it!
