I'm trying to work out the plans for our kitchen extension. I'm on at least the fifth redesign so far!
Is it practical, possible, desirable and financially viable to have a utility room and toilet in the middle of the house, with the kitchen/diner between it and the drains?
It will also be on the left of the house (from the front) but the current bathroom, kitchen and drains (and therefore all the plumbing) are on the right.
I don't like the layout with it at the back. Also don't like the idea of going into the toilet from the dining room part. Can't have it on the right of the house as the flow is all wrong.
