Hi All,

csn someone suggest here?

I need to build internal wall at ground level where kitchen units will be held. Can I use old bricks which was taken from other wall? Or thermal or concrete blocks is best?

I don’t like to use stood wall.
Thanks.

Old bricks need to be cleaned of old mortar.
If it's easy enough, use them, otherwise buy the cheapest bricks you can find.
On gumtree usually there are people giving bricks away for cheap.

You can use what you have for internal walls. If you need to buy materials, lightweight concrete ( not thermal) blocks would be better, quicker and cheaper.

If this is the internal leaf of a cavity wall, use what was specified on your plans - normally thermal blocks.
