Internet Explorer toolbard

I have had to reset IE to default, and have lost my toolbars.

I used to have, along the top, the things I used often (print, preview, edit, view, webpage Privacy policy, add to favourites, history) and along the bottom, the zoom setting.

I was able to right-click to add and remove things from these bars. Now they have disappeared and I can't find where to set them (have looked in IE settings, including advanced)

where should I be looking?

Install Firefox. Far better browser. Or maybe Chrome.

I subsequently found pf10 toggled them on/off, then I could access tools/toolbars/customise/lock.

I still can't turn the labels on though, or set large icons
