internet sign in

every time i enter my password into the AOL sign on page i get an error message stating " this is not a valid windows image" and something to do with Fat 32, it does'nt stop me signing on, but if i don't click Ok it signs me off again. Can anyone give me a clue to the problem and how to cure it.

Does it actually say

" this is not a valid windows image"

or does it refer to an application or DLL?

and

something to do with Fat 32

What does it say about FAT32?

Sounds like you may have some application version issues. Have you upgraded or restored your system recently? What O/S are you using?
