I am considering installing a number of IP cameras throughout my home, I have an intruder alarm already fitted with movement detectors in each room some have two.

The detectors are a mixture of PIR types others being Duel Tech.

IP cameras use infra red to see in low light conditions, my question is could this infra red output of the cameras interfere with the operation of the movement detectors of the alarm, possibly inhibiting their operation or causing false alarms ?
