iPAD iOS upgrade

I can't upgrade the OS on my iPad2 Air by itself. (tried it many times months ago) So trying to do it with iTunes.
However when I plug the iPad in to iTunes I only get 2 options.
Setup as a new device or restore from a backup file on the PC.

Any clues? Damm things.

My ebay app has stopped working!

How old is it? I know when they get too old they stop being able to be updated.

Air2. I think it can be updated to 14 or 15 as it’s wants to
