Stoichemetric combustion is what we should aim for when setting/commissioning burners (CO2max)......but we live in the real world..
Efficiency takes a back seat as there are more important factors to take into account......high CO2/low CO should be the ballpark..

My FGA gives an "Efficency" reading that is higher than the Manufacturers Stated Rating.
