Is my wall about to collapse?

Yes the title is a bit dramatic but it was intended to grab your attention!

I have recently noticed a crack in my garden wall. Hopefully the pics are good enough for you to see.

It looks like the foundation has risen up and it has pushed the brickwork out of alignment. It wasn’t like this when it was built.

Is this something I should worry about? I can live with an aesthetic problem but not if it might cause danger (I have a toddler to keep safe)

Im no expert but it looks like the wall doesn’t have any foundations.

Thank you for looking and responding.

I’m tempted to dig under that exposed concrete part and tap the wall back into place. Not sure whether to just leave it be or not.

I would ,just to make it safe for the little one , you’d never forgive yourself if something happened. Better to be safe than sorry.

Most likely is a poorly built wall - lousy foundations inadequate strength wall etc. It could also be rubbish infill due to high sulphate content expanding etc.

not an expert - but I would have thought it would be a simple DIY job to underpin that yourself, dig a hole under the centre of it, couple of bricks wide, foot deep, and fill with concrete. I would be amazed if the whole think collapsed, but I guess it could so contact someone from building control and a safety expert from the council first.
