I’m looking to extend the rear/side of my bungalow and wasn’t sure if it would need planning permission.
The extension will be 5.69m (L) x 3.3m (W). The extension will square off the rear of the house but doesn’t extend past the current end wall of the dining room. The bungalow is semi-detached with the neighbor to the left (side of the proposed extension).
