because i am sure i had this problem before, but i can not remember what it was that i did to resolve it, so i did know since i did send a pm, but now i can not remember what it was that i did
Well, perhaps you'll remember before Admin fixes the problem.

2 bone fide friends that I still can't send a PM to
same here, all i get is a red dot next to the name and an exclamation mark in the dot
Tried to PM and got this..........Unknown column 'users.user_username' in 'where clause
Tried another friend and got the same. 
It seems to have gone but will let you know if I get a response.

I note that his user name has a space in it, but I don't know if the error is related to that.
