Hi,

1st tap done, on to my 2nd.
Have taken the cartridge out but, it came out in 3 pieces! I've attached pics.
Not sure if the black sleeve still inside tap also needs to come out? It seems sturdy.
I cannot locate a replacement cartridge which looks like this one, do I need to replace the whole tap? Thanks

No manufacturer name on the tap?

Try taking a good photo of the tap and use the Google "Search by Image" where you upload your photo, to try and find the manufacturer.

Oh blimey, there's so many generic looking taps! Does anyone recognise the cartridge?

I'm now resorting to brute force! The black sleeve of cartridge just won't come out. Ive tried WD40, boiling water & white vinegar. Im having to try and chip away at it bit by bit. Any ideas?

I've managed to get it to the top of tap but it won't come out, even with pliers, screwdriver etc. Its almost like its attached to the bottom of the tap itself?
