Just trying to decide where my kitchen appliance isolation will go as I do not want them between worktop and wall units.

double oven is 20a so will be on a 45a switch.

Why not a 20amp switch? It would then match the others, if you went the grid switch route.

32amp MCB... could change it I know but it was recommended on here to leave it and use a 45amp switch.

Initially yes, because I thought they were necessary. As they're not, I'm not sure.

I do like the convienience of having them though as got a little'un running around pressing buttons all the time

And from a re-sale perspective, people might think it's been bodged by not having them, if like me, they thought they're legally required.

That is true but I got the impression from the OP that you were peeved at having to have FCUs.

Only massively on show scattered above the worktop. As long as having them in a fixed, custom, dedicated wall unit is regs allowed, I will go with that.
