Trying to find out how compliant with regs and/or feasible this set up will be. The toilet will be a floor stander back to wall with a concealed cistern hidden inside of the false wall. The idea is to go from a 90 deg connector on the toilet outlet to a long flexible connector running at 45 deg to a 45 deg connector (with access) on the soil stack.

The goal is to get the pan connector perpendicular to the false wall without moving the soil stack outside, if there are better ways of doing it I'd love to hear about it.

The final arrangement would be similar to this.
