Perhaps could have done with a bit of silicone, but I've seen much, much worse.
I'd be concerned over the trunking, if water could ingress and travel to the junction box, also does not look like there is a drain off in bottom of box.
Also the cables have not been sealed at the tiles entry holes and water could get behind tiles and they to will fail and could fall off.
