Is this the right flashing for Velux?

The flashing on the Velux window does not seem right. I'm not sure what it is about it, but it doesn't look right, maybe how the flashing overlaps? Could someone who knows about Velux windows please let me know if it is correct or not. Thank you

The tiles are plain concrete tiles from Marley Eternit.
