Hi can anyone shed some light on a problem thats occured recently on my heating system, the boiler turns and the pilot light fires on central heating but flashes constantly but does not heat up the radiators,as i open a hot tap the boiler kicks in and works correctly.i have manually pushed the diverter valve shaft forwards and the heating kicks in but as soon as hot water is switched on the boiler will not switch back to heating , ive also tried the reset button on the control panel and that doesnt seem to do anything any help would be appreciated thanks

the pilot light on the control panel, i think ive sorted it, stripped the diverter valve and cleaned it up, units been running perfectly since last night so fingers crossed ive sorted the problem.
