Does any know if its possible to turn off the pre-heat on this boiler?

Yeah, definitely, turn the widget three degrees SE of the radius on the circumference and all will be clear

using my crystal ball I can see a ideal isar, wait I can see a preheat that you cant switch off and a stuck diverter valve meaning the rads are hot all the time........how am I doing?
