You could be right but it depends on the landlord.
Well the tenant decided to clean the trap; I wouldn’t have hesitated to do that when I was a tenant. Isn’t it routine cleaning?
And currently, I certainly wouldn’t choose the alternative of having the landlord’s infectious handyman coming around.
