I've often thought that we could replace the House of Lords with a Jury.

There is old wealth about in the UK and new too that does it's damnedest to not pay tax as do corporations etc.

The royals in comparison - why waste your time. Not really relavent and the whole shooting match in that area does earn a lot of revenue mostly via tourism.
