In his interview with Joe Rogan in episode #2221 from last year, Vance talks about how Russia fund the majority of the Green Energy Movement in Europe. That Putin is aware that if Germany and France shut down their coal and nuclear factories, Russia will have them by the balls because Russia wants them to buy Russian natural gas.
