Jaquar 23 combi boiler error message f0 after bleeding

Earlier today I bled the radiator in my bathroom. (radiator was cold at top) seconds later it was hot all over.
Come home hours later and boiler led read F0. No heating and hot water wont work.
So I turned it off and on again and after a min everything went quiet and the led display still read f0.

Looked at the manual and it tells me loss of system water
action to be taken - refill system

Can anyone describe step by step how to refill the system? Or give me exact instructions to repair?

Do you have a silver braided flexi-hose just below boiler? Open little (normally black in colour) tap until you achieve 1.0 bar pressure, disconnect hose on completion.

I do have a grey/silvery hose. tried what you said and nothing happend. Shall i upload a couple of images? Really appreciate your help
