Johnson & Starley CK1 over-heat cut-off

Hi,

I'm trying to get my warm air system hooked up to my new unvented hot water system via an ELJAN water heater. I've got the new water tank and the ELJAN heater, but the plumber (and ELJAN manual) tells me I also need a CK1 and sensor which as far as I can tell is an over-heating cut-off device.

Problem is I don't think this is still sold by the manufacturer. Does anyone know where I could try to get one of these? Alternatively, will another kit from another manufacturer do the trick? What does the kit mainly hook into?
