Badly set up then ? And as if massive hysteresis isn't a common feature of radiator systems - at least with many common setups.
... the fact than unless you have stone floors you are applying thermal insulation to your radiators, which is an utterly mental thing to do.
Poor insulation, very large area, still lots of heat transmission.

Having experienced various surfaces with and without, I'd personally have no hesitation in installing UFH in any property I was going to live in. I might consider fitting both rads and UFH to get the best of both, but I certainly wouldn't rule out UFH.
Clearly you have a different opinion, you stick with that, I'll stick with mine.
