Id like to get a polymarble worktop installed. the one i like is in bathstore
http://www.bathstore.com/_application/search_results.php?q=polymarble

I need a 2m length so will need the 1500 basin&top unit plus a section of 500 plain worktop. A plumber has said that the join between the 2 pieces will look obvious and unsightly and that this is unavoidable.

Can anyone recommend a joining compound that will be invisible and have the appearance of polymarble? does such a thing exist? will any old white compound do?

thanks
