Would welcome your thoughts on this please. Friend is concerned about the join between her existing and her Neighbours new roof. She's sent me some pictures, after trying to discuss the matter with the Neighbour, they have just told her to speak to (their) Roofer herself.

Not being sure what exactly they should have done, she's now starting to worry about the effect on her property. Streetview photo shows original roof.

It's a bit of a crap job, but your friend can't complain about that.

There appears to be a bonding gutter, so that's something.

Strictly, unless the roofers have damaged the felt across the boundary, or unless the neighbours are receptive to getting the work improved, your friend will have to hope there is no subsequent rain penetration, and wait until there is before taking any action for damages and corrective action.
