Hi all,

Due to wet rot and some badly installed plumbing leaving overly notched joists, I've decided to replacing my entire bathroom floor.

I'm using TR26 47x150 spanning 2.9m at 400mm centres and have decided to baton the perimeter to get a perfect level.

I'm battening into standard house brick.

I've looked at anchor bolts (both mechanical and resin), but am unsure which is best and what size is most appropriate.

I can't over drill as directly behind my wall is the neighbours wall (terraced house) and I don't want to damage their brickwork.

Would appreciate any advice!

Many thanks.
