Yes,,, It has 5 Friday's , 5 Saturday's and 5 Sunday's. Apparently, this only happens every 823 yrs, but this is an urban legend.
It will happen again in 2016, 2022, 2033, and 2039 and continue on a 5 year, 6 year, 11 year, 6 year pattern. It would be every seven years, but leap year causes this irregular pattern.

But, only when the first day of month falls on a Friday or stretching things just a little if 1st day falls on Saturday with Monday counted as part of week-end.

The following checks the first day of month for the seven, 31 day months on a yearly basis, choosing when 1st of month falls on Friday.



Just a note.
2011 + 823 = 2834 when December satisfies the criteria - Not July.
2011 + 822 = 2833 when July satisfies.

No $10 - austerity rules. But the figures quoted by claimant look good.
