Our bathroom has had a tile floor layed, this has raised the level of both the wc and basin by 1cm. Is there any easy way of extending the taps and the cistern valve to meet the original pipework without cutting the pipes. Thanks

The only way to raise is by possibly adding isolating valves.

This will however involve cutting the pipes

you can get extension peices at any decent plumbers merchant
