I see there a fair number of Karcher related questions here and a good number of answers so, hopefully there's someone out there who can help. Recently my Karcher has started 'pulsing' (motor turn off then on). The only way I can get it to work properly is with a Vario Lance and by turning the output down - to about 90%

Any ideas about what I can do to fix it or do I need to go to an expert?

TIA

this is a simple one. the nozzle is partially blocked. the machine is designed to stop if the pressure increases 20% above normal operating pressure. the blockage restricts the water flow in the exit nozzle in the lance and the pressure is increased so the machine thinks you let go of the trigger
